The ideal to make real property, land, property, cars, etc. rather than waiting for the property to sale, we can mint it for any price we want, the process will involve securing a property with quality assets, to insure success of the project, I am proposing to offer a 2% commission on the sale of the property, as a utility for the NFT, starting bid be at least (OPEN) the project will fund itself, looking to buy tax lien property to increase our profit margin, this also will give us the ability to set reasonable prices for our NFT collection.

property worth 10,000.00 percentage of NFT minted 2% = 200.00 pay off

starting bid should be 800.00, our starting profit at the auction 600.00, which should increase as the auction proceeds.

We could also mint the real property for the entire amount value or more as long as we own the property.
